报告摘要 Abstract:

It is well known that diffusion plays an important role in pattern formation in various branches of science, such as chemistry,biology, ecology, physics and geology. In 1952 Alan Turing showed that in a reaction-diffusion system of two or more components,the presence of diffusion can destabilize a uniform state, and produce nonhomogeneous steady state distributions known as patterns. In this talk we introduce the Turing stationary patterns of biological models. We first give the calculation of index at constant solutions, and then give one example.
