报告摘要 Abstract: 
In this talk, we first establish some new dyadic bilinear estimates of KP-II equation. Then following some ideas in \cite{IKT08}, we consider the Cauchy problem of the 2-D KP-II equation in negative Sobolev space with respect to y direction $$ \partial_t u + \partial_{xxx}u+\partial_{x}^{-1}(\partial_{yy} )u +\partial_x (u^2) =0, \ (x,y,t) \in \R^3. $$ It follows that the 2D-KP-II is locally well-posed in space $H^{(0,s_1)}$ with $s_1\geq-41/360$ although $s_1\geq-41/360$ is not critical case.
报告人简介：
霍朝辉，中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院数学所教授。主要从事偏微分方程和调和分析的研究工作。主持多项国家自然科学基金面上基金。利用现代调和分析方法（Littlewood-paley理论,乘子理论，Fourier限制算子，振荡积分等）来研究非线性色散波方程的相关问题，得到了一系列有意义的结果，已在国内、外著名的学术期刊上发表论文30余篇,如国际重要的学术刊物如：《Siam, J.Math. Ana.》《Journal de Mathématiques Pures et Appliquées》，《Comm. Partial Differential Equations》，《Journal of Differential Equations》，《Forum Math.》《Journal of Geometric Analysis》，《Proceedings of the Edinburgh Mathematical Society》等杂志上。此外，和他人合作完成著作一部《Harmonic Analysis Method for Nonlinear Evolution Equations,I》，World Scientific， (2011) 。
