报告摘要 Abstract: 
The geodesic flow is one of the most fundamental and richly structured systems in smooth dynamics, with roots in classical work of Hopf in the late 1930s. Its study not only inspired the development of the celebrated Hopf argument for proving ergodicity of hyperbolic systems, but also revealed deep connections between the geometry of a Riemannian manifold and the dynamical properties of its geodesic flow.
In this talk, we explore how geometric perturbations and deformations of a Riemannian metric can be used to manipulate the dynamics of its geodesic flow. In particular, we will discuss recent joint work with Sergio Romaña and Luis Piñeyrúa on constructing examples of partially hyperbolic geodesic flows. If time permits, I will outline the main ideas behind the proof.
报告人简介:
Ygor de Jesus is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Luxembourg, specializing in dynamical systems, ergodic theory, and geometric analysis. His work focuses on partially hyperbolic flows, geodesic flows, and the flexibility of Lyapunov exponents. Ygor has presented his research internationally, including at conferences in Italy, the United States, Brazil, and Poland, and co-authors preprints on arXiv. He has extensive teaching experience at UNICAMP and is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
