报告摘要 Abstract: 
The talk begins with a review of classical properties of open manifolds with nonnegative Ricci curvature, comparing them with the case of nonnegative sectional curvature to highlight the greater complexity in the Ricci setting. We then discuss key properties of the Cheeger–Colding almost splitting map—a fundamental tool for studying the splitting phenomenon under a lower Ricci curvature bound. Finally, we present some recent results on the splitting of such manifolds under certain volume growth conditions, based on joint work with Xian-Tao Huang.
报告人简介：
黄虹智于2020年获首都师范大学博士学位，导师戎小春教授。后在中山大学随朱熹平教授从事博士后研究。自2023年至今任暨南大学副教授。目前主要研究方向为黎曼几何与度量几何，重点关注与Ricci曲率相关的几何与拓扑性质。研究成果发表于《Advances in Mathematics》、《Journal für die reine und angewandte Mathematik》及《Transactions of the American Mathematical Society》等国际数学期刊。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和广东省自然科学基金面上项目。
